Hello!

I'm running some cfx runs in a cluster by means of Script-driven SGE . Since we have limited license of Ansys CFX, I could obtain errors in the simulations when I finally reach to simulate (there's a queue).

żIs it possible to check if there's enough licenses until run? I remember seeing some trick to this on internet but I can't find right now.

Thanks in advanced

We used to use PBS to manage our cluster and had to make manual changes to PBS to get it to queue based on available licenses. I suspect you will have to do the same - but that is a question for SGE, not this forum.

I didn't know that my question is related directly with the script for the batch-queuing system. I'm submitting it in a supercomputer unmanaged for me

I'll ask in the correct forum.

Thank you.
