Jet in free air

I am trying to model a jet which is moving freely in air and impinging on a flat plate. Sir please suggest me how to define the condition in ANSYS-CFX Pre. Will I have to write an expression or taking air & water and specifying opening type boundary condition would do it?

Is the jet water? If so this is a multiphase simulation and tutorials like the free surface flow over a bump should help. What do you expect the jet to become? A fine mist, foam, or big splashes?

The jet will strike the plate and would become a splash. Would I have to write an expression or taking water and air as working fluid would do it?
