hello dear freinds.

im working on a FSI pipe whit a thikness.i do it in two way simulation-ansys static structural and cfx work right and converge untill final step and the software write some output files too.but at final step it gives me suddenly the following error:

" After waiting for 60 seconds, 1 solver manager process(es) appear not to have noticed that this run has ended. You may get errors removing some files if they are still open in the solver manager."

i try so much and so many ways but at the end i get this error again and again. i really dont know what is the problem.
would any one please guide me?
best regards
