Error while starting CFX Pre after meshing

I'm using Ansys CFX 12.1. After creating the mesh file when I am try to access the mesh file from CFX-Pre I get the error:

The file from which the mesh is to be imported, "H:/CFD Assignment". does not exist.
Unable to import the requested mesh:
Type ="GtmDirect".
File="H:/CFDAssignment".
Generic options ="".
Specific options ="".

The mesh file that I got after meshing is *.cmdb.

Can anyone tell me how I can fix this problem?

I'm having just the same proplem with the same version right now. It never happened before. Got no clue about what it is. =/
