Compressor curve automatic calculation
Hi All!
I've got a problem: Need to calculate compressor curve automatically. Now i'm calculating it by Dynamically editing static pressure at outlet and saving .bak files before each editing. Is there a way to do the same but automatically (set up a calculation run in such way that during it is pending outlet static pressure will change gradually automatically and results would be also saved automatically)? Thanks |
You can do a series of CCL files and script them to run. Or you can do it in workbench.

I want it to use previous calculation results as initial guess for the next calculation. Is there a way to do this? |
I am no expert in WB but I think you can get them to use other results as initial conditions. I would do it using a series of CCL files and that way you have total control and definitely can define initial conditions.

Thanks. I'm new one in the CCL writing, but i'll try to look through tutorials and learn more about CCL.
Also, maybe some one have CCL file where Hub to shroud charts in Turbomode extracted and saved in .csv. :o |
Your second comment is better done as a session file inside CFD-Post. Do it manually once while you record a session file and use that as a template for automated analysis.

Thank you. I'll try it.
And, by the way, i've found how to use previous calculation as initial guess for the current one in Workbench. There is an option to calculate points in order. Help really helped!:o |

Anyway it MUCH better than to do it manually. THANK YOU! |
