Hi every body

I am about to use interrupt control for an expression value which is locator-based, the expression is as below:

"areaAve(Total Pressure)@Stationary Outlet"

using the expression the area average of total pressure is calculated on outlet of domain. considering the name of this monitor point to be as ''m''. I want to interrupt the run when the standard deviation of m becomes lower than 100 pa.

I use the below logic expression in interrupt control:

probe(Expression Value.Standard Deviation)@m 50 <100

but this error pops up
"Bad expression value 'probe(Expression Value.Standard Deviation)@MP outletP 50' detected in parameter 'Logical Expression' in object '/FLOW:Flow Analysis 1/SOLVER CONTROL/INTERRUPT CONTROL/INTERRUPT CONDITION:Interrupt Condition 1'.
CEL error:
The following unrecognised names were referenced: Expression Value.Standard Deviation (on 'm 50'), m 50.

I will be grateful if someone help me out.

Regards

Opaque will become famous soon enough
What version of ANSYS CFX are you using ?

Have you setup the monitor statistics for the monitor point you are probing ?
