setting physical time scale in cfx

hi,

i was working on setting a physical time scale for my problem and came across a following statement.

"All the computations were carried out with physical time step dt=0.03926999082 which roughly corresponds to 0.1 degree rotation of blade per time step ......".

considering the time step was computed using formula dt = 1/w, w comes out to be around 25 rad/sec. ( i.e. w=25rad/sec and dt = 0.04). i cannot make out how this corresponds to 0.1 degree rotation of blade per time step.
