Dont know anything about Catia, but I guess you want to import a geometry and not a mesh? Try to import it into designmodeler, through file/import. Then you can mesh it in the meshing application and then import the mesh to cfx.

dont know, but why not open designmodeler and see for yourself? or see the manual?
