Boundary condition clarification

1 Attachment(s)
Dear friends

I have some questions.

I am doing transient coronary flow analysis.I set stress free boundary condition.
During the analysis, I see the following statement. after some time did n't see the warning.

A wall has been placed at portion(s) of an OUTLET |
| boundary condition (at 2.3% of the faces, 3.4% of the area) |
| to prevent fluid from flowing into the domain. |
| The boundary condition name is: out. |
| The fluid name is: Fluid 1. |
| If this situation persists, consider switching |
| to an Opening type boundary condition instead.

My questions are
Is there any back flow in the coronary artery in a human blood circulatory system?

if you people are saying yes, shall I set opening type boundary condition at the outlet ?

what is the best outlet condition in the coronary flow analysis?

Please refer the following attachment. Is it convergent solution?

Thank you for your valuable advice
