I am simulating a chimney stack model that uses buoyancy model. Originally, I have selected "none" on the buoyancy turbulence option. I realized the model is not that accurate since I compare the model results with the experimental results. Would changing the buoyancy turbulence option to "production and dissipation" help incrasing the accuracy of my model?

of course, because the TB model the production and dissipation which affect the temp. and velocity profile.
did you model chhimney in wind tunnel or in still atmosphare?
I did it before now.

did you use 2D or 3D for that?
and which model you are using to model?
did you publish your results yet?
