A questions about Ensight 8.2

i used Ensight 8.2 to output the current image to a picture file,but i get a black picture ,why? thanks

its quite possible u have minimized the ensight session or u r screen saver is on as ensight (old version) captures u r screen and not enisght . But i have heard the latest release captures ensight rather screen/

Please check the windows size while generating picture. There is option to define size of window. Full size occurs some problem in EnSight 8.2
