Unable to restart the Field View after it crashes
 

will anybody help me know why Field View cannot restart properly after its closed forcefully or when it crashes??my problem is that sometimes due to slow process of my workstation i have to shut it down manually..when i restart it and then try to open Field View every time it says all floating licenses are in use even though i am not using it,killing the process also doesn't kill it,infact everytime i kill the process a new process is created..needed somebody to explain why is that hapenning
