Radiation in power supply thermal simulation

I am using Flotherm 7.2 for thermal simulation of power supply. As we know, in natural convection we need to consider Radiation also. I applied the radiation for most of the cuboid (single radiating) and in some larger cuboid, i used Sub-divided Radiation also. but when i run the simulation, it is showing abnormal exit and i can't finish thermal simulation. What may be the problem? any one have some idea.

What is the error message can you send me?

It just show , radiation exchange factor perform abnormal exit'. I think there might be some rule to apply radiation. thanks. Jitender

It might be that you have attached radiation attributes to so many faces that the exchange factor generator runs of out memory. How many objects/faces have radiation attributes attached to them?
