Error in Flotherm Solver

good morning,
i'm traying to solve a project in flotherm; it has 1.9 mln grid cells, flow and conduction transfer heat problem. When I try to solve it, it crash with the following error: E/08255 (internal error). Someone could suggest me which kind of error it is and what could be the cause/solution? Thanks in advance, |

Send the case to your local support office. They'll be able to determine the cause.
