Default Can't keep mean fluid depth constant when the waves come in play!

Hi all
I work with different waves, my problem with flow-3d is that it cannot keep the mean fluid depth constant it starts increasing or decreasing after awhile. I tried so many different things, but I couldn't figure it out how to keep it constant. any thoughts?
