Hi all,
I am trying to simulate an investment casting for an university project. I have a simple flow model with heat transfer and have specified a heat penetration depth of 9mm. In the solid properties menu there is an option to select shell mold but it remains greyed out, how do I activate this. I have created a mesh around a complementary object. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards |

OK managed to solve the issue, the "core gas" physical model mode needed to be enabled...duh
