Singularity at a Slip-No Slip Boundary

How does Flow3d handle singularities that occur at a node that is shared between a slip-no slip boundary?

Does the user need to assign a velocity at that particular node or is it estimated automatically by the solver?

What about the pressure, does it approach infinity with finer elements?
