Question question about how to call modified subroutine

everlasting704 is on a distinguished road
I modified the flow3d subroutine parqsr.f in the flow3d installation directory.And I compile and debug it successly.But when I run the flow3d,I find the flow3d don't call the modified subroutine .Who can tell me what I should do.Please help me .thanks in advance.
