Preprocessor Problem

Hi all!

I run a example of flow over a weir in Flow-3D model (for practice).
But, when i do(choose) Preprocessor Simulation, it's go 30% and a message :
<Abnormal exit from preprocessor> is appear.

Can every one help me about this problem?

I saw it.
there isn't any problem in this model,I run it and Preprocess done 100%.
Please restart Flow 3D and run again and try again, if that problem appear again, It may be a problem with your software version or your hardware system.

There are some issues in your Fortran compiler. You may get more information by executing it in command mode.

Some temporary solutions:
1- Decrease the dimensions of your model and recheck (If it is possible).
2- Run your model in a Linux OS and quad-channel ram support.

Hi, i have a question more, I have been using several examples of the same Flow 3d but none work well and my computer is moderm, what do you think about this ? maybe the sofware?

Please email the prepin to info@flow3d.com with details of your computer hardware in the email and the FLOW-3D version you are using.

I used to encounter this message when i was using Flow 3D v 9.3 ..... however for newer versions like v11.2, this error is less common.

However for v9.3, i always able to run the model either by using a coarse mesh or by adjusting initial conditions.
