hello,
the details of my simulation:
x:0-10, y:0-4, z:0-5.
x_min:specified velocity, velocity=0.5m/s
x_maxutflow
y_min:symmetry
y_max:symmetry
z_min:wall
z_max:specified pressure. pressure=1.013e+5pa.

now i want to specify the domain (z1=0,z2=1) to be the velocity source.

what can i do to get such a simulation?

To define fluid region
Go to Initial condition > Fluid region > Limiters

Here you can define limiters of your initial fluid region
