How to know the wave height at one point

2 Attachment(s)
I run a wave simulation and get a probe output of the surface elevation at two point in th area. one is near the wave boundary, and the other is behind a structure which in the area. The first point's grafic is the following,
Attachment 96
the second point's result is:
Attachment 97

And form the first one we can clearly see the wave height is about 1.8m.But in the second one the surface elevation is out of shape cause the structure' effect. So how to konw the wave height at this point?

The wave profile behind the structure is irregular due to the wake effects and you may need to perform some statistical analysis
