plot from elmerpost

hi
after simulate a different phisics phenomena of flow i want to generate a plot from this sofwar but i have a difficut and i dont now how to make it.

Hi~
Open GUI (Graphical User Interface) from top menu select Help>Contents then search for user interface and display there should be some tutorials on how to do this.
1. Open results file from Analyze tab ensure it is correct one
2. If more than 1 mesh ensure you have them all selected analyze tab lower right tab
3. Select render
Not sure what type of results you want to look at. 1-D, 2-D, 3-D, graphical

thank for you melissa but i work and simulate my subject on elmerfront and i received a result by elmerpost which is not generate a plot 2d .
my object is to generte a plot 2D from elmerfron bu use a postprocessing elmerpost
