Hello,everyone

does anybody know that boundary is like valve or hydrant?

I want to set the boundary for the outflow like a valve that I can contral the flow rate.

You can use the mass/momentum source model which is designed to model such situations. The flow rate can be defined as a function of time. Check out the manual for the details.
