Methane and Water

Hi everyone,

I would like to compare three situations. First case is modeling of methane flow through the rocks. Second event is situation where the thin water layer is situated at the surface. The last one is occurrence of groundwater.

I have question. How can I set multiphase model for this?

Thanks

Quickly, the following options come to mind:

Quote:

First case is modeling of methane flow through the rocks.
Use eulerian granular model.

Quote:

Second event is situation where the thin water layer is situated at the surface.
Probably, free surface flow?

Quote:

The last one is occurrence of groundwater.
What do you mean by occurence of groundwater?
