Hi.

I'm currently working on multiphase flows with FLUENT and I have a question for 'evaporation-condensation model'.

In the FLUENT theory manual(v.15), p.592, there are correlations(17.487 and 17.488) for interphase mass transfer rate.

In those correlations, Tl(liquid T) and Tv(vapor T) are shown and I'm wondering how can they be calculated.

There is only one energy equation solved in VOF or Mixture model. Temperature of liquid and vapor are not solved respectively but mass-weighted temperature is solved instead.

Please let me know.

Thanks.
