requirement of meshing perfection

Hello everyone, I am running a vertical axis helical blade turbine simulation and I am using sliding mesh. I have created a rotating cylindrical domain and a stationary rectangular domain surrounding the cylindrical domain and the turbine. I have used body sizing both for the rotor and the stator. I have also used inflation on the blades of the turbine. I am not getting desired results. Could anyone please help me refine the mesh? I am quite new in doing simulation in ANSYS. Could anyone please assist me of getting a fine mesh? Will ICEM be effective in this case? If yes then how to do that? I have never tried it before. Please someone help me obtain a fine mesh for the 3D model and thereby make me obliged.
