Initial solution fluent

Is possible initialize a Fluent case with a preliminary solution, ie,having the velocity field and pressure field in the calculation domain obtained from previous solution. I want use the solution obtained from the aplication of VOF method for run the same case with of Eulerian method.

I already did the following: ran x iterations using the VOF model, and then, I configured the Eulerian model. But I want run directly the Eulerian model using as initial solution the velocity field and pressure field obtained with VOF.

If anyone know if this possible, please explain me how do it.

Thank you.

Hi,

Yep it's possible. use interpolation (file->interpolate). you can refer to manual for more info.

Bests,
