Default How to define and hook LOCAL_COORDINATE?

jiec827 is on a distinguished road
The UDF Manual says that "DEFINE_SDOF" could load force and moment in LOCAL_COORDINATE.
However, I couldn't find how to do that...
Could you give me some advise?
