anthony05 is on a distinguished road
I am using a species transport model to simulate coal combustion using coal calculator.

I would also like to add another gas being released from the particle during combustion.

Is this possible with a UDF and which one would I use?

I was thinking maybe DEFINE_DPM_SOURCE performed this function but I'm not sure how to specify the particular gas I want released from the particle. I have added it to the fluid mixture list. Could anyone give me a hint on where to start?

Thanks!
