UDF: Using Data Points for material characteristics?
 

Hallo,

Ansys Fluent has a lot of possibilities to build material characteristics, but these are usual temperature dependant functions are approximations.

In my case I need a material characteristic dependanat on temperature and pressure and would like to import experimental data sheets from an measurement. (a list of the density influenced by temperature and pressure).

Is there is a possibility to establish material characteristics by a list or register function?

for example that a material characteristic dependant on temperature and pressure is set by listing some values?

Density Temperatur Pressure

1.01 300 3e+07
1.02 300 3.5e+07
0.99 500 3.5e+07
... ... ...

Maybe someone has experience in this?
