Hello all,

I am looking for a way to obtain the total mass of species A within a domain in a transient setup at every time step. There are two species in that domain and a source term for species A. I was thinking about DEFINE_EXECUTE_AT_END and loop over all cells to get the mass fractions and the cell volumes. What I am not sure about is how to obtain a single value by adding up these values from all cells and store that in a file at every time step.
If you have a better idea for solving that please let me know (e.g. maybe there is a way to monitor the mass source term in a domain).
For better understanding: the mass source is variable and changes from cell to cell depending on the mass fraction of species A which is of course changing over time. Any ideas or help are welcome.

THX
