mhw2015 New Member Join Date: Nov 2015 Posts: 1 Rep Power: 0	I am trying to create a udf to generate a flow at the inlet that is a rectified square wave (oscillate between 0 and amplitude A). The equations I planned to use were the fourier series of the waveform, namely f(t)= $\frac{A}{2}$ + $\frac{4A}{\pi}$ $\sum\frac{sin((2n-1)\omega t)}{2n-1}$ , but I haven't been able to figure out how to write an infinite sum like this (as n goes from 1 to infinity) in C code for the udf. Does anyone have any insights? I don't need any specifics for the flow other than this pulsed flow at inlet, the flow can leave the outlet normally as per simulation. Thank you!
