Question UDF for pipe flow boundary condition

I want to write UDF as boundary condition describing the relationship between inlet and outlet of one long pipe in flow field, in order to forbid the mesh in narrow pipe. If pressure difference= C* V where C is constant and V is average speed of flow in pipe, what is the code like?
