Lightbulb curved cylindrical tube with periodic curve

laminar flow in the curved tube that is lying on a sphere
I don't know how to write and how to define udf for periodic curve of tube
the sphere radius is moving R(t)=Ro(1+sin(2tpi/T)
that T is period number
