how to write udf for evaporation in heat pipe????

hi... i am doin analysis of heat pipe in fluent. there is evaporation and condensation at the liquid-vapor interface in the evaporator and condenser regions.i know i should write UDF to represent this but i don have any idea how to do it.... can any help me in this problem...? moreover i am considering wick to be a solid region not a porous one.... i think i can represent evaporation as mass addition and condensation as mass deletion but how to represent this in UDF...?
