UDF to define laminar regions in LES?

Hello,

Is there such a UDF, that would allow to account for laminar regions on a body up to transition which then flow would be turbulent?

Could someone point me in the right direction as to what modify/look into to create such a UDF?

Thank you, any advice, thought welcome

Doesn't LES handle transition? What do you need an extra udf for?
