Question parse error with udf

Hi;
I am beginner in fluent and i am trying to make a parabolic velocity BC at inlet ,when i interpret my udf it says parse error , i don't know what does mean of parse error ,is it because i run fluent in windows or in programming with c langage.
Please help me with this problem

DoHander is on a distinguished road
Two possibilities:

1. A C programming error (I can tell you where is only if I see your C code).
2. You have c file created on a UNIX system and not directly on Windows (you will have problems with the end of line character).
