Hello,

I'm trying to write an UDF for the secondary phase in a multiphase flow study : air bubbles + water

I want to increase the size of injected particles (on Y axis) to simulate bubble growth.

Could anyone please let me know if I am on the right track? The UDF is as follows:

#include "udf.h"
DEFINE_PROPERTY(bubble_diameter, c, t)
{
cell_t c;
Thread *t;
real D;
float x[0];
float y;
face_t f;
y = x[0];
D = 6*pow((0.015/2*0.7*1000.0*9.81)* 0.000300*y,1/3);
}

Thanks for your help .
