I've recently switched from Fluent 6.3 to 13
when i try to run a udf fluent returns the following:

fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'stdio.h': Invalid argument

can anyone help?

Hi,

Are you sure that VC++ is linked to this version?
Is this header necessary for your UDF?

if VC++ wasn't linked, wouldn't i get a "nmake is not recognized" sort of message?

Because you're using newer version, maybe there is a problem in setting environment variables; to check this, use VC++ command prompt and launch FLUENT.... (before that delete previous environment variables of previous FLUENT version if there is any) ... can you compile other UDFs?
Also check whether you really need this header or not.

Bests,
