Does anybody have the experience of using FLUENT6.0 to model the steam condensation process? If so, could you please tell me some of your experience. Thank you.

In Fluent 12 you have an inbuilt function which takes evaporation/condensation into account.
You have to use Eulerian or mixture model for that.
Then in phase interaction under mass transfer mechanism you can see evaporation / condensation option.

For Fluent 6.0 you need to write an UDF.

i suggest not to use version 6! It's really difficult to handle with UDF.
by the way, Why is this web so cold?
