Hello!

I would like to calculate the total kinetic energy of a flow field.
In Fluent i only find volume or mass averaged or integrated velocity. But not velocity squared as required for kinetic energy.
Does anyone know how to do that?

Best regards,

Markus

never mind, i just found out how to define custom field functions.
Therefore i created a velocity squared and then did integration.

thanks anyway.
