Convergance problem

Hi.

I have been running some simulations simple geometry. A rectangular 2D geometry with fillets and chamfers on front.

domain is approx 9500mm(length) x 5000mm(height). the rectangle is 400mm(height) x 1000 mm(length).

continuity residual does not converge(drop below 10e-6) even after 20,000 iterations. it varies in the range of 10e-6 and fluent does not say solution has converged :( ..other residuals drop to 10-8. and the Cd value does not change for more than 100 iterations..
the mesh quality is also good;
cell squish varies between 0.2 to 0.55..

for example, for one case.its;

Mesh Quality:
Applying quality criteria for quadrilateral cells.
Maximum cell squish = 3.92392e-001
Maximum aspect ratio = 2.68100e+001

I have also checked the values of wall Y+ on the rectangle and they are also approximately in the range of 30-300 as I have used standard wall function..

regards,
Osama
