Can anyone share the "right" 2D mesh of the pipe(or duct) that appropriate for scientific calculation??

I don't understand your question..please elaborate.
There is no "right mesh" as mesh size depends on your model, so on your boundary conditions.
Just create mesh size accordingly to y+ value of your choosen wall function.

Thank you Daniele. Do you have any example of meshes that as you think are good for making calculation.(I need to make a simulation of a turbulent flow through a pipe, pipe should be standard, "usual" pipe). Sorry for my english, I'm not native speaker.
