How can I defining a (curved) path in a curved pipe?

I would like to analyze the velocity and temperature at the centerline of a helical pipe; however, I cannot fetch the center line (edge) from gambit to fluent. Also I cannot define this curved-line in fluent. I can obtain iso-surfaces using GRID -> ANGULAR COORDINATE, then save (write) the data to a file as profile, then go thru the file to find what I want. This is a pain staking approach, I would like to know if there is an easier way to get a continious curve.
