Disappearing Body
 

My body disappears when I go from Mesh to Setup. I have a body subtracted from an enclosure, and when I open it in Setup, the enclosure is there, but not the body. What is going on? I've done this before and this is the first time this has happened and started when I started using a new geometry. What would cause this?
