my problem is the partial symmetry of my geometry.
The whole geometry consists of a non-symmetric pipe with air and inside this pipe there is a symmetric body.
Is it possible to create only one half of the body and to give the symmetry plane of the body the boundary condition "symmetry"? Or is the b.c. "symmetry" only available for the whole geometry?

Please don't do that.
Unless the whole physical domain is symmetrical (in terms of geometry AND the Reynolds-averaged flow field) you cannot exploit any symmetries.
