Initializing at Multiple temperature

Hi,

I am modeling a multiphase flow (VOF Model). I need to initialize the domain with different temperatures based on phase.

For my model, at first I got the steady state with out energy equation. Next step is to apply energy equation. For this I need to patch the regions based on volume fraction. There is way to do this by using mark cell (adapt>region) but in my case the regions has to be marked based on what phase they are in. For example a water droplet in air where the air needs to be initialized at 35C and the water 20C.

A simple idea is to write a udf that goes to every cell, checks what phase it is in then patches the temperature for the mixture. But I am not sure if this can be done. Can anyone suggest me any other way to do this? or did anyone already done similar thing?

Thanks.
