Hi,

i want to simulate temperature distribution in a pipe with thickness. the temperature distribution in thickness is important. i meshed the pipe. know in fluent i want to define the boundary condition for inner-solid-wall and outer-fluid-wall.

the inlet boundary is a fluid that has high temperature.

what would be the boundary for those walls???

i want to define couple boundary for those walls, but i can not. because i have fluid and solid parts that are separate.

i want this simulation for FSI(fluid structure interaction). i mean, i want to first simulate temperature on the inner-solid-wall, then transferring data to ansys structural.

any idea???

thanks in advance.
