I need to model 2d cavitation around 2d hydrofoil, please guide me to set pressure outlet boundary condition.

If you don't want to break your head you take the pressure outlet as the hydrostatic pressure of the water knowing the depth.
If you want to be more precise you have to use a UDF with the hydrostatic pressure profile (UDF for pressure profile at outlet:).

Also you may could use outflow boundary condition. So there is no need to adjust outlet pressure profile.
