Default Copying data from boundary condition to another

Kwiaci is on a distinguished road
I have to models - a long pipe with a flow witch gets fully developed at the outlet and the second model which uses this outlet as its inlet.

My question is how can I take the velocity profile from the 1st model and implement it into the inlet in the second model?
